MIRAI CODE · Count What's Enough
To You Who Fills with Worry at the Thought of Money
The ache isn't the number — it's a habit of the heart called "not enough."
Mirai — a Future Decoder who reads the sounds of your name
Every time you look at your bank balance, a sigh. You aren't in trouble this very minute, and still — "it's not enough," a restlessness that won't sit still. Does that happen to you?
In my readings, I meet so many people who aren't, in fact, in any difficulty — yet carry a money-anxiety soaked deep into the heart.
Back when my income was zero — each time the number in my bankbook dropped, my stomach clenched, tight. "What is going to become of me?" And the more I thought it, the more my head filled up with not enough, not enough. One anxiety called up the next, and the whole thing ballooned, all on its own.
But, one day, I realized: what was tormenting me was less the money going down — and more this head of mine, busily, diligently, breeding seed after seed of worry.
The true face of the anxiety is a habit of the heart called "lack"
Most money-anxiety is born, in truth, less from the sum itself than from a state of heart that says "not enough."
When the heart sits at the frequency of lack, the eyes go, naturally, hunting only for what's missing. And then — however much you have, you cannot feel safe. That is the state it becomes.
(This isn't a talk about how to grow your money. First, simply to notice this habit of the heart — that is the first step.)
Turn your eyes to "what is enough, right now"
You got through today, safely. You had warm food to eat. There's a roof to keep off the rain.
Not "not enough," but — softly — count what is enough, right now. That alone, and the drawn-tight tension of the heart begins, little by little, to come undone.
The sounds of your name reveal your own shape of abundance
Abundance is not money alone. The sounds of your name hold a hint of what, by your nature, makes you feel rich, and safe. When you notice the abundances that aren't money, a little margin returns — warmly — to the heart.
What I am really doing, in every reading
So even with a money worry, I never talk about "how to grow it." First, from the sounds of your name, we look together at when you are a person who feels truly filled.
Notice the abundance beyond money, and in a heart that was full of not enough, not enough, a little gap opens. And only once the heart is calm does the practical next step, strangely, come clearly into view.
In the end
You don't have to erase every anxiety.
But make a habit of counting what is enough, right now — and the frequency of lack turns, slowly, toward the frequency of fullness.
